Well I had a nice surprise in the mail today... my 500gb hard drive came back (I'd had to send it in to the manufacturer because it kept reformatting itself at random intervals, causing me to lose everything I had on it), but not only did it come back, they sent me a BRAND NEW one! I was expecting them to repair it or at least give me a refurbished one.. but it's brand new =D I'm hoping it won't have any problems like the last one.
