Not bad, however I think since the theme is black and white the red should be a darker color and not so bright.

Along with Amanda's suggestion, I would also recommend making sure that you don't cut off the text, like in the first sig. The text is too close to the edge of the banner and ultimately is cut off at the very top.

Also, the sigs could use a border of some kind. Adding a simple 1 pixel border is really easy. At least if you're using Photoshop. When you're ready to add the border, first make sure that all of your layers are merged down into one. Then press CTRL + A to select your image... go to Edit>Stroke. In the dialog box that pops up, make sure the width is set to 1px, pick the color you want the border, set the location to "inside" and set the blending to "normal." Click OK, press CTRL + D to de-select the image and you've got a simple border. ;]
